Race Series
Welcome to the TCR Race Series—a fun and inclusive yearlong competition where every runner, regardless of age or speed, has a chance to shine. Race results are age-graded, so you’re always competing on a level playing field.
How to Participate
To earn Race Series points, runners must be enrolled in the Treasure Coast Runners Premium Membership.

How Scoring Works
Age Grading
All race times are adjusted based on your age on race day. The older you are, the more favorable your time adjustment.
Best 8 Races Count
Your top 8 age-graded race scores will be used for the season standings. If you run more than 8 races, we’ll count only your highest scores.
Divisions & Points
Points are awarded within Male and Female divisions:

🏅 All participants earn at least 1 point per race, including Virtual Races and Relays.
💥 Double points are awarded for TCR-sponsored races.

End-of-season awards are given to:

Top 5 Overall Male and Female (age-graded)

Runners who complete 12 or more series races
Tiebreaker Rules
In the event of a tie at season’s end:
- Winner of the Turkey Trot (final race), age-graded
- Most head-to-head wins throughout the series
- Total number of events completed
What Is Age Grading?
Age grading adjusts your race time based on age and gender to allow fair comparisons across all runners. We use factors approved by World Masters Athletics and the USATF Masters Long Distance Running Committee.
