Flat fee of $30 ($40 after Jan 1) allows runners to choose up to 4 events. The 50m dash will be a free event (for ages 10 and under and 60+ only). Signup is at the track on race day. Relay teams will be signed in/verified at the track on race day. Teams must meet age groupings set by race director. Each relay race counts as an individual event in the ‘choose 4 flat fee’ format. Team members – sign up individually online & verify team assignment on race day.
