KOZmic Rise 3-Mile Fun Run

Wake up and RISE in a new and exciting way with us at KOZmic Rise, a sunrise social fitness experience powered by music and community!

Start your morning with movement, music, and community.

Begin the experience from 6:00 to 6:30 AM with Sunrise Flow and Fuel, a guided yoga, mobility, stretching, and breathwork warm up led by Centered Wellness and Yoga. This energizing outdoor session will gently wake up the body, loosen the muscles, connect movement with breath, and prepare you for the run ahead.At 6:30 AM, the energy rises as KOZmic Rise transitions into a high energy, three mile fun run on the track. Created for runners, walkers, and anyone ready to start the day feeling good, the experience will feature a live DJ delivering an upbeat soundtrack directly through your silent disco headphones. Find your own pace, enjoy the music, and keep moving alongside the community.

After the run, simply switch to your chosen channel on your headphones to listen to one of three music channels while also joining everyone for a huge sunrise silent disco dance party!This is not about competition or finish times. It is about moving together, enjoying great music, meeting great people, and starting the morning feeling energized, accomplished, and connected.Come stretch, breathe, run, walk, dance, and RISE with us!
