Don’t miss your chance to light up the night\, conquer the trails\, and showcase your Halloween spirit! \nTHE COURSE     \nFLASHLIGHTS / HEADLAMPS REQUIRED ON COURSE \nCourse Map: Download Race Course Map \nRun the beautiful trails at Jonathan Dickinson State Park. The course is an out and back with a lollipop loop. The course will be heavily marked with reflective arrows and wrong-way signs\, employing the same safety procedures we use for our ULTRA-TRAIL events\, including water aid stations\, experienced trail-running volunteers\, and medical staff. The trail is mostly flat dirt with some sand\, and roots within the Pine Wood Forest section of the park. The trail starts as double-track with some single-track trails with 2 bridge crossings. The course can be wet in some sections depending on rainfall. We can never say for sure what the Owl will bring on race day but the course can be 100% bone dry or you might have to bring your snorkels. DESCRIPTION:The Beach2Bar 5K+ is BACK! That’s right\, the original race held the Saturday afternoon after Thanksgiving\, and running from the Beach (Stuart Beach) to the Bar (Carsons Tavern) is BACK! \nWhether you are a serious runner or walker\, this family friendly event is for you! Stroller and walkers welcome. \nFirst 200 runner registrations get a FREE Dri-Fit shirt! This race will be capped at 500 participants. \nParking/Transportation: Stuart Public Beach Parking Lot (HIGHLY encouraged).
